A local city tax of €2.28 is applicable per person (+18 years old) and per night.Wifi is free and available in common areas and in all rooms EXCEPT in the Garden room 2

1/ Low season: Monday to     Thursday from January to February + Monday to Thursday from November to December

2/ High season: Friday to Monday from January to February then from November to December + from March to October + all school holidays

1/ Arrivals are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The approximate arrival time must be communicated no later than the day before

For a visit to the premises, an appointment with the owners or a delivery, please make an appointment BY TELEPHONE

2/ Departures are between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. from Monday to Friday and between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

All hours exceeded will result in a charge of €20 per hour

3/ Continental breakfasts (no savory) are served between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays

4/ Parking is on the street or 3 free public car parks are available and nearby: the first on rue Louis Quinton 50 m away, and the other 2 respectively 100 and 150 m from the house

5/ The tranquility of the neighborhood and respect for other occupants is required. Group meals and parties are therefore not permitted

6/ Animals are not accepted

7/ 30% deposit upon reservation. Balance 15 days before arrival date

8/ Any cancellation must be in writing (email, text message, post)

9/ The reservation will be considered canceled if you do not notify me of a late arrival (after 7:30 p.m.) on the day

10/ No refund will be possible in the event of a reservation 7/ 30% deposit upon reservation. Libra 15 days before arrival date

11/ Cancellation fees:

- The 30% deposit will be retained if the cancellation occurs more than 15 days from the arrival date

- 100% of the reservation price will be retained if the cancellation occurs between D-15 and the day of arrival

12/ Bed sheets and bathroom linen are included. No re-beds during your stay; Do not hesitate to contact me if necessary.

13/ Breakfasts are included in the room rate.

14/ La Maison d'Emilie declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to your personal effects which have not been the subject of a deposit receipt.

15/ In the event of loss, theft or non-return of room keys, La Maison d'Emilie reserves the right to request a deposit of €200 (check, cash or credit card) which will be returned for the amount of the damage.

It is also appropriate that the insurance of the reservation holder will be involved.
